The successful candidate will perform executive secretarial functions while assisting the COO’s confidential management responsibilities. The successful candidate will project a positive attitude, interpersonal skills, self-starter initiative, demonstrable organized work habits, sound judgement, and a high level of emotional maturity.
Minimum requirements of this EA position are:
• Minimum ten years of secretarial/Executive Assistant experience
• Prior Executive Assistant to senior manager experience a plus
• Superior written communication skills
• Expert knowledge of word processing/spreadsheet software
• Organizational skills in prioritizing/performing multiple tasks
