The mission of the human resources department is to provide effective human resource management by implementing and supporting policies and procedures for a healthy work environment. The HR Generalist provides support for the Human Resources Manager and other regional HR activities. The HR Generalist must be responsive and supportive of staff at all levels to help them be more productive and successful in their jobs, and be a positive and solutions oriented role model.
Definition
The HR Generalist supports all departments and staff in 13 western states. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment, payroll and all administrative tasks related to the health and safety of RCAC staff while supporting the legal compliance and financial health of RCAC through company policies, procedures and documentation. Act as a link between management and human resources and provide information to employees about rules, regulations and policies, and provide general support.
