12 months per year
TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from high school or equivalent, and four years of building and grounds maintenance experience, heavy equipment operation, paving and concrete, or labor experience, preferably including expertise in horticultural work.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Hold and maintain valid California Class A Driver's license; pass employee evaluation (lifting test); and completion of Asbestos Awareness Training withing six months of employment.
**If selected for this position, offer is contingent upon passing the Lifting Test and any other legal requirements.
