Warren RECC is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations. Successful candidates will act as a liaison and goodwill representative for Warren RECC with the media, community, and public. Creates and maintains a favorable public image of Warren RECC by communicating programs, accomplishments, and/or points of view with the general public and members. Responsible for establishing all Warren RECC's methods of communication. Will work with President and CEO by assisting association personnel (NRECA, KAEC, TVPPA, and KPPA).
A bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Business Communications, Public Relations, Political Science or related field preferred. Minimum five to seven years of work experience in communicating with the media, government, and general public. Senior status requires 15 years of experience. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
