Work Ready Program Case Manager

Work Ready Program Case Manager Full Time, $15.48/hour. Provide resources to families in need for gaining employment, obtaining child care, returning/ finishing school or obtaining degrees according to program guidelines. Follow through with the families. Provide transportation if needed. Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field or combination of education and experience. working with low income individuals & community services preferred along with data entry. Benefits available after 90 days.
