Program Coordinator

 

The OU Online Program Coordinator will provide support to online program directors, faculty and college administrators in helping navigate the program approval process and serving as a direct contact from start to launch for new OU Online programs. The Program Specialist will work with new and existing programs to schedule regular meetings with program directors, manage the relationship between key stakeholders, track enrollment data and courses offered, review and assess course surveys, coordinate marketing requests from marketing partners and help track student retention and graduation rates.

Qualifications:

Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:

  • 36 months of experience in accounting, business, program management, or related experience.

 

Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree for a total of 84 months of related experience.

 

Skills:

  • Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Able to effectively evaluate projects/programs and produce comprehensive reports
  • Must have advanced/proficient/writing skills for composing audits, reports and advisories

 

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to engage in repetitive motion and communicate effectively.

 

Supervision:

  • No Supervisory Duties

 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8-5
  • Partial remote work schedule
