Townhall II Job Posting Full Time Financial Specialist
Duties include: process intake phone calls and schedule clients for appointments, meet with clients to determine financial eligibility, assist with monthly billing tasks, and work with insurance companies to get authorizations and to follow up on claims. Candidate must have the ability to work until 7:00 PM when evening clients are scheduled.
Minimum qualifications include; high school diploma or GED, one year related experience and/or training, accurate computer data entry, experience with Excel, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to pay attention to detail. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and ability to handle highly confidential information. This is a 40-hour per week position.
