Resource Program Manager
The Skokomish Indian Tribe is seeking to hire Resource Program Manager. The incumbent acts as liaison between the client and tribal programs (i.e.) General Assistance/New program, Vocational Rehabilitation, TANF, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol, Health Clinic, Education, Truancy and Attendance Specialist, Tribal Court, Probations, Housing, ICW, Domestic Violence). This position is responsible for interpreting and implementing the goals and objectives for the program. Determines nature of client's situation by interviewing client; assessing medical, psychological, emotional, and social information; making on-site visits. Establishes course of action by exploring options; setting goals with client; providing support to clients by assisting them in navigating the systems to receive support services. Bachelor’s Degree required in Sociology, Psychology, Education or related field plus five (5) years of professional experience as an ICW social worker and supervisor. Must have working knowledge to create and develop a logic model in accordance with grant requirements for the position. Open until March 29, 2019.
