TA Consultant
Vendor's General Responsibilities:
Consultant's services will vary depending on the program and staff needs; however, the focus of consultant's work will primarily focus on providing technical assistance for administrative and financial management policy development for WIA/WIOA programs
Vendor Qualifications Vendor shall have:
1. a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school; or 5+ years of relevant experience
2. two (2) or more years experience within the last five (5) years, providing training or technical assistance to a nonprofit organization in the administration of federal grant programs, specifically the Workforce Investment Act/ Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act;
3. two (2) or more years experience within the last five (5) years, providing technical assistance in conducting oversight of federal grant programs including the resolution of findings;
4. a minimum of three (3) successful solicitations with federal, state, and/or private organizations in the provision of these services.
