-5 years experience Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper required
-AP/AR experience
-Strong Quick Books, Excel, Microsoft skills
-Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Month end close, general ledger and bank reconciliations
Preparation of financial statements
Payroll processing through Paychex and retirement plan management
Inventory and order management
Additional accounting functions as needed
General Office: Mail, filing, phones, customer service, etc.
