The Inside Retail Sales Account Manager is responsible for sales growth and retention of current business, develops new business through prospecting and cold calling in key categories and provided client satisfaction through ROI data. 

Full time - $20-$30 hr DOQ / Experience

Job Summary:

  • Inside Retail Sales (Tele-sales)
  • Responsible for sales growth (up/cross-sell of existing) and retention of current business 
  • Develop new business through prospecting and cold calling in key categories
  • Provide personalized business solutions to clients ensure client is satisfied with ROI
  • Learn and understand the feature/benefits of digital, print and direct marketing channels

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cold call prospective new business within identified categories of opportunity
  • Target and build relationships with existing clients and potential clients.
  • Create recommendations after gaining and in-depth understanding of the client's business needs and ROI requirements through a CIA
  • Service clients if any post-sale issues occur
  • Identify and transition leads if they require field coverage
  • Participate in on-going training regarding channels, sales and processes
