Inside Sales Representative
At The Record-Courier and its affiliated weekly newspapers and websites, our inside sales team finds new customers,retains current ones, and develops innovative solutions for our clients using our products. As a part-time inside sales representative, you will establish relationships and market our company in a way that is positive, honest, and professional.In today's world, we also look for people who like to snap, chat, tweet, post, text and stay up-to-date with the latest technology. About the position: Part time Monday through Thursday, approximately 20 hours per week, Keyboarding skills and the ability to learn and use proprietary software are essential, Base salary plus commission.
Here's what you'll do: Help customers buy print and digital products, services, and upgrades via phone and/or email. Offer new products and sales opportunities to current and new customers. Meet and exceed monthly sales and special product goals.
You're qualified if you: Have at least 6 months of sales experience in a call center or service-related industry (telecommunications, retail, food service, or similar.) Can use a computer and navigate the web.Have good communication and sales skills. Are adaptable to changing situations. Enjoy working in a collaborative atmosphere.
