Title: Director of Administration

Rancho Murieta Community Services District

The District is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and ethical Director of Administration with a wide range of professional skills. This position is perfect for a generalist seeking a challenge and a desire to work across a variety of organizational functions and tasks. 

Specific knowledge and oversight of the following areas is required – human resources, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, risk management, IT systems and software procurement and maintenance, purchasing, cash management, budget and fiscal controls. The Director of Administration oversees a staff of four.

Given the variety of skills sought, do not let the lack of strong experience in a single area discourage you from applying if you have most of the skills and experience sought. The successful candidate will be selected in part based on the best combination of skills and experience.  A Bachelor’s degree is required (Masters a plus) in Accounting, Business or Public Administration or related field including progressively responsible experience in a comparable organization.
