($68,844 – $102,240 Annually) DOE

The Port of Stockton is one of the fastest growing Ports on the West Coast. We have an exciting job opportunity for a Property Management Associate l-ll to assist with the administration, marketing, and leasing of the Port’s industrial, commercial, and warehousing office properties. Ideal candidate will have a passion for executing key strategic real estate planning and development initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a customer service oriented, self-starter with a strong knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial/industrial real estate, including property management, asset management, leasing, and property appraisal and valuation methodology. Successful candidate will work onsite.
