($68,844 – $102,240 Annually) DOE

The Port of Stockton is one of the fastest growing ports on the West Coast. We have an exciting career opportunity for a Property Management Associate l-ll to assist with the property management, marketing, and leasing of the Port’s industrial, land, and warehouse properties. Ideal candidate will have a passion for and demonstrated interest in a commercial real estate career, and thrive in a fast-paced public-agency environment. We are looking for a customer-service oriented self-starter with strong knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial/industrial real estate, including property management, leasing, and property appraisal methodology. Successful candidate will work onsite.
