The Port of Stockton is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) HELP DESK SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

$58,740.00– $74,976 Annually / $4,895 - $6,248 Monthly

The Port of Stockton, a major economic driver for the San Joaquin Valley, is seeking a customer focused I.T. Help Desk Technician to join their team. The Port offers excellent career opportunities and highly competitive benefits.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise and knowledge in troubleshooting I.T. hardware and software problems as well as demonstrated ability in providing solutions and first-tier technical support.

Successful incumbent will be able to prioritize the employee experience and understand how to efficiently navigate and deliver results for customers with competing agendas, processes and/or priorities; understand team dynamics and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This position is onsite.
