The Agency is headquartered in Auburn and carries out a broad range of responsibilities including water resource planning and management, retail and wholesale supply of irrigation water and drinking water, production of hydroelectric power and watershed stewardship across Placer County.
We are seeking candidates for the position of: Real Property Specialist $78,574 - $100,287 annually, DOQ, plus excellent benefits. PCWA is seeking a talented individual to perform tasks related to the acquisition, management and transfer of real properties and property rights. Specific responsibilities include overseeing and processing real property transactions and providing technical and administrative support on property issues. Our ideal candidate for this highly desirable career opportunity will possess progressively responsible experience in the acquisition, management, appraisal and transfer of real property; such experience with a public agency including easements and eminent domain proceedings and law is desirable.
