DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF FIELD SERVICES
$92,932 - $118,603 annually, DOQ, plus excellent benefits
PCWA is seeking an experienced individual to join the Agency’s Field Services Department’s leadership team as one of its Deputy Directors. The position will be responsible for planning and directing activities related to the delivery of water throughout the Agency’s water system, focusing on raw water conveyance and canal operation and maintenance. This position is a key interface with customers, stakeholders and the public and provides technical expertise for the integrity of the Agency’s water distribution system. Our ideal candidate will have at least five years of increasingly responsible experience in the operation and maintenance of a water distribution and/or operations system, including two years of supervisory responsibility. Possession of a valid California State Water Resources Control Board Water Distribution Operators Certificate, Grade 3 is required within two years of appointment; possession of a D5 certification is desirable.

Summary Description |
