PCWA is seeking qualified candidates to perform professional and technical engineering work for water systems. Primary functions of this position are managing a broad range of projects through planning, design, construction and implementation and preparing capital improvement plans for public works. Projects include water treatment plants, equipment and processes, pipelines, canals, control systems and pumping facilities. Our ideal candidate for this highly desirable career opportunity will possess a Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or a related field and four years of professional civil or mechanical engineering experience with water systems and related operations. Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of California is required.
