Exceptional sales growth has prompted our need to add a Customer Support Representative to our team! The Customer Support Representative will play a vital role in assisting our customers by answering incoming calls and providing excellent support.


Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing knowledgeable answers to inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability
Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions with a positive attitude
Process orders in a fast-paced environment
Help customers navigate our website
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Other administrative duties as needed


1 year relevant customer service experience in an office setting is a plus not a requirement
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn products, systems, and sales processes
Attention to detail, ability to follow up, and strong data entry skills in accurately reporting and imputing of details are necessary
Positive and professional attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively with others
Ability to demonstrate empathy to our customers and their needs
