Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a major in nutrition, dietetics, food services management or closely related field
- Registered or registration eligible as a Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) required
- Two years of full-time experience or its equivalent as a Supervisor in Nutrition or Food Services Department in acute care or other health care food service environment
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required
- Serve Safe Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire

Job SummaryThe Assistant Director of Nutrition Services assists in the planning, coordination and administration of the Nutrition Services Department. Supervises the daily activities of the Nutrition Services staff, acts as a liaison between the medical and clinical staff with regard to dietary concerns and advises the Director of Nutrition Services on dietary matters.
