Executive Assistant
Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Responsible for shipping, receiving, packaging and labeling or orders. Help in warehouse work, coordinate pallet stacking and organization. Responsible for order picking and organizing product inventory. Perform product checking before the final packing of shipments. Ensure that proper labels are attached to the shipment. Will periodically check design of packaging and labels. Coordinate design of new labels as needed with designer. Manage and maintain schedules of staff. Make travel arrangements for management. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives. Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
