The account manager will assist
a group of sales representatives in building upon client relationships, making sure deadlines are met, and uncovering opportunities that may assist in the growth of media products offered by the Company.
This position is responsible for:
Assist in Development of sales
and performance presentations
for advertisers with a specific
focus on digital vehicles.
Ordering all ads for sales team.
Compiling research and solutions
for the sales team.
Client relationship building and
problem solving, requires a
detailed knowledge of all HTMG
products and services.
Liaison for client with HTMG
departments including
Advertising, Business Office, FSC,
CSC, CRM and vendors.
Expansion and advancement of
opportunities to improve customer revenues through the introduction
of new/improved products or
sales tactics.
Ongoing prioritization and
reprioritization of work assignments and account management, with a focus on those that deliver exceptional customer value.
Account Manager Job Duties:
Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Keep records of client transactions
