Vice President Structural Steel Operations
The Herrick Corporation, a leading structural steel fabricator and erector is looking for a Vice President for our Stockton, CA. operation. This senior management position reports directly to our President and will oversee and manage daily activities of Project Management and Project Engineering. Responsible for interaction with General Contractors, engineering firms and other outside contractors and vendors.
The position requires the following:
- Extensive knowledge of steel fabrication and erection from the perspective of a subcontractor and/or general contractor.
- 10 years’ experience in construction with progressive increases in responsibility.
- Working knowledge of construction contract law, contractor & subcontractor negotiations, and operations administration within the state of California
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with excellent written and oral communication ability.
