The Herrick Corp., a leading structural steel fabricator/erector seeks a Purchasing/Office Manager. Experience in purchasing consumables and services. Negotiate with vendors to obtain quotations, prices, and delivery times. Ordering - internet ordering as well as phone and email, tracking, reporting. Maintain inventory for multiple locations. Must be able to: multi-task, problem solve, organized, documentation skills, retain product knowledge and order history. Proficient in Microsoft Office – primarily Access, Excel, Outlook and Word.
