Human Resources Administrator
Responsible for day-to-day planning, organizing, developing and supervision of Human Resources staff, including performance management of Agency staff. Will implement Human Resources department goals, objectives and systems in the best interest of the Agency and staff. Responsible for creating and revising job descriptions and policies, as assigned. Responsible for developing, analyzing and updating the Agency's evaluation program. Providing oversight for benefits administration, recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, employee relations mediation, maintaining department records and personnel files, overseeing exit interviews. Additional responsibilities include HRIS system design and maintenance, compliance with all relevant employment laws, oversight of the workers' compensation program and oversight of the payroll processing for the Agency. Provide assistance within scope of responsibility to any member of the GLMHC Management Team as needed.
Responsible for project work as assigned by the Director of Human Resources. Three years HR Management experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
