Franklin Templeton Investments seeks Senior Software Engineer in Rancho Cordova, CA to plan implementation activities & modify existing software to correct errors & adapt to new hardware.
Requires Bachelor’s in Applied CS or related field or equivalent, & 5 years of progressively responsible experience implementing complex software products & developing custom applications & major technical enhancements to existing systems. Prior experience must include 5 years of progressively responsible experience defining application deployment architecture & environments; developing software system testing & validation procedures, programming & documentation; monitoring & assessing the overall system health, including performance, capacity, & scalability; analyzing, assessing & resolving production issues; developing & supporting a data integration layer centered around J2EE technologies, IBM Integration Business &, in executing duties, utilizing Java & Java Micro services, IIB, SOAP/REST Webservices, JMS/WMQ, Weblogic application server, Tomcat, Spring Framework, Spring Integration & Oracle Pl/SQL to develop data flows.
