We design and build foundations using ground improvement and deep foundations for industrial buildings, class A offices, parking garages, schools, warehouses, and multi-story residential structures and much more.

  • Supervises and directs vendors, subcontractors, quality control technicians, operators, laborers, and operators in-training.

Assures projects are built with

  • Safety First,
  • Technically accurate installations that match planned dimensions, volume and elevations, and
  • On-time preparation and submittal of all daily, weekly, quality control, safety and incident reports.
  • 2) Conducts reviews and disciplinary issues of construction crew and reports to PM.
  • 3) Meets with GC superintendent for production updates, project close-out, and demobilization.
  • 4) Cal OSHA 10. Cal OSHA 30 a plus.
  • 5) 5 years of heavy construction equipment.
  • 6) Skilled Operator experience with the competent ability to train others on equipment.

Drillers and Operators

  • Safely operates 45-100 ton tracked Drill Rigs, Track loaders, Excavators, 10k to 12k reach lift/loader, Concrete pumpers, and 50-70 ton Crane operators (must be crane certified).
  • All aspects of vision are required - acuity, depth perception, and field of vision
  • Ability to talk and hear is important for clear communication with crew on safety and operational matters affecting equipment and drilling.
  • Cal OSHA 10 a plus.
  • 2 years of operating heavy equipment or demonstrated 3000 hours of operating equipment.
  • Work is exclusively outside in all weather extremes.


  • General Labor work: assembling (tying), handling, and installing rebar cages into piles, steel tension bars, pipe piles, and other steel works.
  • Frequent shoveling, pressure washing, sweeping, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds, stooping, carrying, and bending.
  • Clean equipment daily and as directed by Foreman.
  • Work is exclusively outside in all weather extremes.
  • Work requires an alert individual, good stamina and eyesight, hearing, balance, and physical strength.

Required Tools To Be Furnished By The Employee:

  • Steel toed work boots
  • Long sleeve shirt
  • Suitable work pants with no holes
  • 25-foot tape measure
  • 12" adjustable wrench
