The El Dorado County Office of Education is seeking a Professional Development Coordinator for its Curriculum, Instruction & Accountability program.

Salary: $91,809 - $111,595 annual
Length of work year: 210 days per year
Job Purpose Statement: Under general direction of the Director, Curriculum, Instruction & Accountability, assists in developing and implementing professional development programs including the Teacher Induction Program (TIP), assists in the Differentiated Assistance process as needed, and performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education Required: Possession of a Bachelors degree in education or related field and a valid California teaching credential is required.
- Experience Required: At least five years teaching experience K-12 required; Experience coordinating and implementing staff development programs and as a mentor teacher. Familiarity with UDL and the MTSS Framework and increasing leadership experience is desired.
