• The successful applicant must possess three (3) years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree, Pharm D. with 3 or more years of experience, preferably with pharmacy management or leadership experience
• Must possess a current valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check
• Applicant's qualifications background must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary to perform the work of the position
• Pharmacy work requires knowledge of the use, clinical effects, and composition of medications, including their chemical, biological and physical properties

This is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test. Salary range is negotiable, benefits.
