TITLE: Technical Manager
DUTIES: Analyze requirements and propose technical and design solutions to clients analyzing the client requirements, workflows and propose technical and design solutions and assigning the priorities based on the clients need. Establish options for designing and deriving the best solutions based on sound analytical judgment, team input and the customers best interest. Analyze current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem and designing solutions to problematic programming and setting up the coding standards. Develop Proof of Concepts for project architecture and new technical requirements for applications to decide on the navigation flows by evaluating factors such as volumes of data exchange and work processes. Demonstrate POC to customers, document feedback and relay them back to the team. Trouble shoot technical issues and facilitate issue resolution using BizTalk Administration tool and other means. Analyze system specifications, determine operational feasibility by evaluating the analysis and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers and compare implementation to the actual requirement and document any technical information that might be needed by the customers. Customer demo sessions, gather feedback and author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and underlying functionalities by developing flowcharts, layouts, code comments and clear code. Responsible for system review, integration, regression, and stress test cases documentation and system maintenance. Implement and debug subsystems and components.
REQUIREMENTS: BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related plus 5 years' experience as a Technical Manager, Systems Engineer or related. Requires 5 years experience in software development, in either waterfall and/or agile), designing application components with software programming best practices C#, ASP.Net, and BizTalk Server etc. to implement required functionality, developing Stored Procedures, Functions, Data Types, Indexes, Views and Triggers in MS SQL Server, 3, implementing ergonomically efficient/pleasing automated business processes, using User Centered Design techniques, working with Product Owners (Pos) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop efficient business solutions through automation, and working with POs and SMEs to address business priorities. Requires 1 year of experience working with SharePoint development.
