Bookkeeper / Payroll & Human Resources
Duties to include but not limited to:
A/P - A/R and all that applies to such a position. Knowledge in Quickbooks is a plus. Generate all monthly and quarterly reports, oversee payroll process, be multi-taskable, work independently or with a team.
Part time that could turn into full time. Hours of operation Monday – Friday 8:00 – 4:30pm.
Example of Job Duties: Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures. Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries. The payroll clerk position is accountable for collecting timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions into a periodic payroll, and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees.
Human resources specialists are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll and benefits and training. Human resources managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
