Communications Manager
Description:
The Communications Manager plans, develops, and implements internal and external communications activities. Working with the Director of Marketing, the Communications Manager will support overseeing all internal and external communications for the organization. Working with leadership, the main duties will include the dissemination of company-wide information through tactical elements including newsletters, emails, social media vehicles and other communication platforms. The individual in this position will work to build a sense of teamwork, reduce miscommunication within the organization and protect/build the organization's brand identity and awareness within internal and external stakeholder groups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, communications, strategic communications, marketing or related field required;
- Minimum 5 years of journalism or marketing experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
Work Type: Full Time with Full Benefits ( 32 hrs/wk or more )
Work Hours: 8 am - 5 pm
